Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 6 am–6 pm. Called 4/10 to set a time for 4/13 @ 8am. I waited until 9am and had to leave message and text to verify. At time of writing there has been no communication to reschedule or anything. I'm trying hard to keep my $$ in the community but raises red flags on business ethics

On the road again! 😄😊 Thanks to Leroy and Morris. Booked 2 days in advance. Excellent communication. They arrived at the time of the appointment. They got out very pleasant. They got right on the job and was done in an hour!!!! They were kind, knowledgeable, respond to questions. They are professionally dressed. They come prepared to assist with you vehicle needs. My only downfall, was Morris being a Pepsi person😩😩😩😩instead of Coke! 😳😳 the nerve! 😁😁😁. We had a great conversation and laughter while they worked on my vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this mobile service. Prices are fair…..thank you so much! 😊 Hi to Roy, the bully pup. 😄
